www.romanyk.net is another similar site to the one mentioned above.  This site also uses extra resources to gather the data from all over the web and it uses the same resources as the above site that is the government records. That is another place where you can find someone by birth date free.

You can also find someone by birth date free from social sites like WYAN and Hi5 as birthdays is their sort of thing, even though they are not well known.
