I need some fun pre-school learning activities!?

i'm starting to regularly babysit a three year old and i want some fun activities that also teach her stuff…
she's very attentive and well-behaved so i think that she would go along with any kind of activity (within her age limit)
but its only her so we can't do any group activities.
