Dance is both a sport form as well as an art form, which refers to any sort of rhythmic movement of the body, in a graceful fashion, when accompanied with music. The idea of dance is to express emotions or even social interaction in a social, or a spiritual setting. Through the ages dance has been an expression using movements and a way of expressing emotions of various sorts. It can be found as a ceremonial and competitive art form, social, artistic, moral and many cultural settings. Dance’s movement can also be the way of expressing a story such as a hunt or a silent non-verbal way to express the emotions of a courtship ritual.
