Twenty years ago, while IBM was changing the face of our business world, Apple was busy introducing computers to our kids. In the 1990s, the Clinton Administration further accelerated the internet’s involvement in every aspect of our lives. It seems like every time you buy a new phone, you find that a newer model is soon to be released. One thing people might do is to give their used phones to their kids whenever they buy a new one. This way they are able to get more use out of each phone and get more for their money.

Teenagers want to have cell phones so badly that they would most likely be very happy to get any kind of cell phone. Any working phone that will let them text their friend is all they need. As most modern cell phones have many of the same features, if you keep buying the newest model you are not getting much in return.
