Do Teens and Cell Phones Mix?
The cell phone manufacturers are in the business of creating demand for their phones and one way they do that is to keep coming out with newer and fancier models. It seems like every time you buy a new phone, you find that a newer model is soon to be released. One thing people might do is to give their used phones to their kids whenever they buy a new one. This way they are able to get more use out of each phone and get more for their money.
Teenagers want to have cell phones so badly that they would most likely be very happy to get any kind of cell phone. Any working phone that will let them text their friend is all they need. As most modern cell phones have many of the same features, if you keep buying the newest model you are not getting much in return. Now that the economy is so poor though, people might be holding off on their habit of always buying the latest and greatest models.
